We have had a long relationship with this business for many years now, and they continue to provide outstanding service. As you might expect, service people come and go over the years, but SE continues to send only the finest techs out to my home when I need service. You develop a relationship with these guys when they visit your home over several years, and you feel like you know then and they know you. Recently, I met one of their new guys, Lavon, and he is another example of why I trust these guys to be in my home. He knows what he is doing, and he is extremely polite and concious of my needs. These are my goto guys when I recommend or need HVAC support. I recommend having a regular maintenance contract with them as I have had for years.

David Molino came to service our heating unit today which was installed by Service Experts in July, 2015.. He was a fine gentleman explaining what he did. He also made certain recommendations, writing them down for us. I rate him 10/10 for his service. March 20, 2017 : This review is for Justin Webb who came for a service check. He was very efficient, informative and polite. We appreciated his advise and expertise. I rate him 10/10. March 21, 2017: This review is for Josh Laudermilk who came for plumbing inspection and skillfully fixed the faucet valve for hot water. I know him from from his other services before when he has always been thorough and careful. We appreciate his pleasant and helpful personality.

Been using Service Experts for quite some time now. They are always on time, very friendly, clean and also accommodating to issues that may arise. We usually get a rep named Adam, but today another rep named Lavon came to clean up our furnance. Both deserve a pat on the back and do a fine job. I will continue to use their services as long as I can. The only reason I put 4 stars is because we have another baby on the way and sometimes the cost of cleanings can be an issue. I think it would be awesome to get a loyalty customer discount of some sort after you pass a certain amount of years being a member.

Just had a new system installed Monday by Teddy and David. The salesman, Jim came by last Friday and was awesome! He was very relatable, professional and straight forward. He did not try to sell me things that I did not need and worked hard to get me the best deal. I was surprised how fast the installers were scheduled to come out. Both installers were very professional and polite. I was very shocked how fast they were able to get everything competed and cleaned up. I was given an overview of the system and how to work the new thermostat. I would highly recommend this company!

I had my furnace inspected this week. LaVonne was the technician who performed the inspection. He took his time, and answered all the questions I had for him. My furnace is in a hard Area to reach, but he was able to do everything the task called for. I appreciate his Time and work. I also had a tech come and do a water inspection. His name was Josh and again he was very patient and also answered every single question and I had a lot of them. He also help me set up an appointment for a few days later that I needed to have. Thanks Josh, for helping so much.

We had them replace our air conditioner unit a few years ago and loved the service. We recently had a ceiling leak and was quite happy to see they added plumbing repairs. Tim Stafford was the best. It had been an intermittent leak (every couple of months!) so it was difficult to find. He did! The pipe in the faucet was scarred so the o-ring no longer fit snugly. I know this because he showed me the parts and explained how it worked and why it was leaking. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing problem.

I just had my annual furnace check up and had a great experience. First, Stevenson called me to remind me about the check up and then found a date and time that worked with my schedule. The Service Technician, Sadi Ali, called me 20 minutes before he arrived and showed up exactly when he said he would. Mr. Ali was very courteous and professional. He examined the furnace and explained everything he did. He then explained his findings and how I could fix them. I had a great customer experience.

Our furnace was running but not heating. I called Stevenson,we switched to them a year ago, at 7:50 this morning. They said a service tech would be out between 8-10. Lavon called to tell me he was on his way at 9:14. Our first time with Lavon, he was wonderful. Very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Had our furnace cleaned and fixed in 2 hours. Love Lavon, love Stevenson. Thank you. Now I am nice and toasty.

Our A/C stopped working. We had a coupon that waived the $99 service fee if they fix the unit. We needed freon and they put 3 lb in. They refused to honor the coupon because they didnt have to put new parts on. 20 min into the service a sales rep knocked on our door with the service guy still at our house trying to sell us a new unit. The only reason we chose them was the coupon. We will go back to CARE.

Regular check-up of AC. Technician -- 273-00346 Lavon -- was a pleasure to work with. He was skilled at his job. He explained everything he did in a way I could understand. He was personable and friendly. Great representative of Stevenson/Service Experts. He alerted me to a problem with the tankless water heater and arranged for a plumber to come out and fix it. Lavon deserves a raise in pay.

Called Stevenson Service Experts twice within the last month. The first was a repair to my A/C condenser unit, and Lavon Haynes was sent out immediately and he quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Yesterday and today, Sade Ali was called out to replace the blower in my furnace/AC unit, and he also diagnosed and handled the issue very efficiently. Both were super helpful.

We had our furnace check up today. Sadi Ali was very kind and professional would recommend this company to family and friends. We bought a brand new air conditioner and furnace from them a couple of years ago and a new water heater 2015 and have had no problems at all. They always call to set up the maintenance plan visit so the customer does not loose that check up.

These guys have 5 star ratings for a reason. My AC broke and the same day I had a tech out to fix it. Lavon took the time to test every part of AC/Furnace and was honest in his diagnosis. Ended up having to buy a new AC/Furnace, but they cut me a deal and has a bonus left new parts on my broke unit so i could have working AC in the meantime without charging me.

A backed up drain line was causing A/C condenser evaporation to leak out on the floor. My tech, Sade Ali, was able to quickly determine the problem and re-routed the line for proper drainage. He was quick, courteous and put up with my obnoxious dogs (who were particularly yappy that day).
