Comfort Windows were a great company to deal with. I had multiple companies come in and give me their "pitch". Since I am in sales, I wanted to see what was out their and get the best value for my dollar. After all was said and done, comfort made me feel like I was getting the best windows. The process was easy and non-pushy. I never once felt like I was being sold something, rather working together to accomplish what my wife and I wanted. In the end, the service and craftsmanship was second to none and we are extremely excited about our new windows and the way it makes our house look like a home.

The salesman Doug Shea was very helpful in picking out the best product for our home. He did say that it would be about 16 weeks for the installation to begin. Comfort Windows team installed new siding and gutters on our home. The installation team was very professional and in both manner and knowledge of the products in which they installed. It takes a long time for the installation process to begin because of booking. That is why I only gave them the four star rating. However it is worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone.

Comfort Windows installed my patio door, and I love it! As promised by the sales rep Tom, the door opens with almost no effort. With my old door I had to use all my strength just to let our dog out. The installers did a great job and cleaned up the work area when they were finished. And the low E glass keeps our dining room so much cooler on the hot days when the sun beats in. I highly recommend Comfort Windows to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

The product is very well made. The wait time between order and installation seemed to be excessive. In addition, we ordered blinds and had to schedule someone to come and measure after the window was installed. Of course there was no delay in wanting payment after the window was installed. A total of four months from start to finish for one bay window. The installers were hard working, knowledgeable and friendly.

The installation guys did a fabulous job on the two windows that were installed. The third one, however, did not happen, as the sales guy and the measurement guy did not realize that there was a vent pipe in the wall. I recommended to Comfort that they must be sure that the sales team members have some background in installations, so that they are aware of the potential issues.

I had 3 windows a front door with a new storm door installed. The job the two technicians did was very good. I am having a new side door with new storm door installed by them in the next month. My only complaint is I wish they would have pilot drilled for the storm door hinges because when the screws were installed the casing on the door has a small crack in it.

Nice guys. Cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. Second day they had our 2 big windows to do. I thought they should have had at least 3 guys instead of two. They worked up until 9:30 to finish. It was dark so my husband mad should they had enough light to finish. They worked they butts off to get. Would recommend . Did a great job.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the process. The salesman was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. The Measure-man was efficient, polite and accurate!. The installation crew was punctual and professional. The product, so far, has met our expectations and looks great.

i had 2 picture windows & large dining room window replaced, the 2 installers worked great together, efficient & effective, they kept me informed of progress i did have to make a follow up phone call to get my screen for the dining room window

The initial installation was speedy, without sacrificing quality. We hit a road bump along the way, but Comfort was quick to solve the issue, and the rep that came out to fix the problem was incredibly helpful, and did a wonderful job.
