Literally just watched one of your employees spray a nest of baby birds at my office building today. He obviously knew they were there. I am so disgusted with your company!!! I investigated the products you claim to use on your website, and even if they "are not harmful to birds," they irritate their mucous system so they stay away from the area. Obviously, baby birds cannot leave. This also might deter their parents from bringing them food. If you wanted to spay for birds, maybe wait until the nests are empty, or before they are even made! If we have a bird problem, that should have been addressed earlier in the year. I will speaking with our management company about your inhumane practices. I hope they never use you again.

The service provided for my business was fine. The accounting department for this business is the worst I have ever experienced. They claimed I owed for two months service that was already paid. I proved it to them with cancelled checks directly from my bank account. They persisted to the point of sending me to a collection agency. The management does not respond to a phone call to resolve the issue. They simply pass you from one to another. This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend anyone but Varment Guard.

I signed a contract on a Monday. I was told that a technician would be at my house around 12:30 the following day. By 2:00, we had not heard from anyone. I called the office. They acted like they knew nothing about it. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. Again, no one showed or called. I called today to cancel the contract.

Varment Guard is a very professional and kind company. We had a very serious issue with raccoons coming down our chimney and entering our house. They did a great job making me feel safe and not as scared. Ryan is especially considerate and updated me everyday on what was going on. I highly recommend this company!
