Fighting a Felony DWI with Child, Mr. Bolton was able to get a good deal seeing I finish probation conditions. After a year of fighting, stress, anxiety we closed my case 18 months of probation, classes, community service, and interlock device. If I successfully complete probation with no problems, my felony DWI with child will be reduced to a Class B DWI Misdemeanor. Mr. Bolton answered all my questions, concerns, and returned my calls in a timely manner. Mr. McConathy promised he would pay me for the time I missed at work, which he only paid for one day. I was there for two and I am still waiting for the other check. I have the subpoena for both days and I appeared both days. His attorney promised me something in writing and he has yet to keep his word.
