I have to admit that this is a very long time past due. When Andy came into my life I was at the darkest and lowest point that any man can be. I had virtually no hope and was for the first time in my life confronted with a situation I had no control over. I was a very proud man and used to take pride in saying I was a self made man. No one helped me achieve what I had and didn’t feel I owed anyone anything; not a single humble bone in my body. God has a way of humbling you just to show you that you do need him. I was arrested and charged and the deal the DA offered was 22 1/2 to 45yrs. Think about it. I was 30yrs old. Andy in his calm voice said I have to offer this to you because officially you have to make the decision. Needless to say I turned it down. Andy is meticulous in his preparations, always writing on his legal pad as to not miss a single detail. My mother was my loudest advocate and I am sure in the 16months before my trial; must have made Andy age a few early years. I am blessed to have had her in my corner. She likened my case to David and Goliath and kept telling Andy you are just the stone God sent. Just the stone. I am blessed to have been represented by Andrew G. Gay Jr. I was acquitted and when home that very night. I was blessed as Andy is. He is blessed with the knowledge and humbleness that is rarely seen in today’s age. Andy treats you with dignity and respect and lets you know that you are more than a number and not just another file on a desk. I have and will ALWAYS without hesitations refer Andy to anyone that may need legal advice or representation. Andy has become more than my lawyer I am proud to call him our family friend.

There are not sufficient words to describe the actions Andrew took to help my girlfriend. My girlfriend was facing gun charges. I had contacted several Attorneys about the matter; one of the Attorneys I contacted and hire was even ignorant about the matter. I made two phones calls to him in two days because I had questions, none of the calls where longer then 2 minutes and he literally ask me “why am I calling him so much”. I would think someone you are paying money to will not talk to his or her client that way. Luckily I had not yet signed anything with this attorney. That same day I was referred to Andrew by another attorney friend of minds. Our first conversation was wayyyyyy different then the other attorneys I talk to, he was very professional and very easy to talk to. One thing about Andrew is that he is very calm but trust me he is great at what he does. I was definitely certain I had hire a great attorney after the preliminary hearing he show both me and my girl that he had everything under control. We where both very nervous about everything but with Andrew all the butterflies in your stomach will go away. The case never made it to trial, she receive 9 months probation and 50-hour community service. Oh and did I mention it will not go in her record. Sweat right?

Andy Gay represented me recently for a case that should never have made it to court. Being a city employed doctor, the severity of this charge could have easily compromised my livelihood. I retained Andy Gay right away, but seeing how dire my situation was, I started shopping around for other lawyers. Each of the other attorneys said I was in the best hands already. Andy was always composed, never made me feel like a criminal, never gave a false sense of hope, and yet never made me feel like there wasn’t a reason to hope. He went above and beyond what I noticed other lawyers doing for their clients. He would meet with me every morning I had to be in court to go over what was about to proceed and answer any questions. Later in the afternoon he would write an email to my supervisors at work to ensure them that I had been in court and what transpired, so that I could keep my job. After the prosecution came back with a plea bargain, which I would have been more than happy with; Andy went the extra mile and had all of my five charges, one being a felony, reduced to summary charges. I couldn’t be happier with Andrew Gay and recommend him highly to anyone who is in need of a defense attorney.

Mr. Gay represented my boyfriend in a drug case that should have never been filed. From beginning to end, I was a nervous wreck. I believe I had more questioned than my boyfriend, and Mr. Gay didn’t mind at all. He was patient, compassionate, and a great listener. While browsing the internet today and came across this page of testimonials from clients of Andrew Gay Jr. and just had to share my experience with him as well. Last year I was arrested and charged with a Narcotics related offense. A friend recommended I contact Andrew Gay Jr. as I was in need of a good attorney. I won’t get into the details of my case but I will tell you that if convicted I was looking at some possible jail time and it was pretty much my word against the word of a Police Officer. Who do you think the Judge would believe? I was worried about what could happen at trial but thanks to Andrew Gay Jr. the case never even made it past the preliminary hearing. If ever you find yourself in trouble with the law then Mr.Gay is someone that I would highly recommend.
