My longtime girlfriend and I went to see The Hale Law Firm to get ready for Medicaid, we saw Lindsey. Going into the consultation my long time girl friend was very nervous and had a lot of questions and reservations about what to do and how we go about this process. I have had a stroke and cannot communicate very well. Lindsey was so wonderful to us. She took her time and was very understanding of my girl friends concerns and worries. She was also very understanding since I move a lot slower with my speech. We had a lot of documents to sign and the amount of patience and grace Lindsey and everyone else showed us in having to sign them and explain them to make sure we understood them completely was amazing. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Got the introductory offer, free consult, from John Hale re: getting Medicaid for my 94-year-old mother. Excellent, professional service beginning with the first phone call with staff. John was generous with his time and advice. He talked us out of applying for Medicaid (which would have been fees for him), and suggested a different option. Will definitely hire him when we need legal advice in Texas. Our family is in other states, and I found Hale via Google search for help with Texas law.
