We just saved a bunch of money on our car insurance by switching to geico. Seriously, from $2,200 down to $900 per year. I received an online quote but was hesitant because we still had a claim waiting on getting my $500 deductible back and I had paid 6months in advance on our previous policy. The henrietta office called me everyday for a week until I wrote an email explaining the situation and asking to be removed from the call list. Kelly Peters immediately answered my email and took us off the call list, offered to meet in person or continue via email. A few days later we walked into the geico office and sat down to talk in person. Kelly was very nice and reassured us that we would get all of the money back from the deductible and the advance payment. She completed all of the paperwork for us and got us going with geico right away! Less than a week later we got both our refunds from our previous insurance company. Great experience, thank you Kelly and Geico!

I returned to Geico after Travelers doubled my rates. After a couple months, Travelers began to bill me,alleging that I owed payment to them,despite the policy being cancelled.After being unable to make any headway with them myself, I turned the matter over to my agent, Sarah Denver, who was finally able to get the issue resolved after repeated contacts with Travelers. Sarah was persistent and went above and beyond to get things cleared up for me,and deserves my highest praise. Thanks, Sarah!

Max was an absolute God-Send! This was my first time buying auto insurance and a lot of the other companies I talked to were pushy, condescending, and not very informative. Max made the experience a very good one by answer all my questions (even the ridiculous ones) and making me feel that I was getting a great deal and the right coverage. Been driving my vehicles without Insurance because Geico never contacted me to tell me my insurance Lapst. Usually get a pink envelope in the mail. I even had my payments deducted from my account and they screwed that up twice!!!!!!! Not recommended. Pay the price for good insurance. If I had gotten into a wreck I would have been screwed

I called this agent today and told them I wanted to speak to someone local, not fro the 1-800 number, they told me to hold on and fowarded me to te 1-800 number. This is not the first time. They are lazy and just sit on thier asses fowarding people to the main number to people in another state, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Steer clear of Gieco for Home owners Insurance . Gieco farms the policies out to Home site Ins and have a great time getting any info or in touch with them . Impossible to get sraight answers from the office/s about any portion of a policy or copiers of the policies . Be warned or be played for a fool .

Craig Brown and his team are the BEST!!! Personalized Customer Service, no Computer Voices or Prompts, Cut my Yearly bill in HALF, no kidding. He even RETURNS phone calls within 15 mins if you leave a message. Will not buy insurance anywhere else for anything. Craig KNOWS WHAT TIME IT IS, Period!
