I have been a Brett Smalley State Farm customer for about 7 months, and it has been hands down the best experience I have ever had with an insurance company. During the initial quote Brett was able to improve my coverages for the same premium that I was paying with my previous company, he took the time to see where we had exposure and make sure we were properly covered. Then about 3 months into my policy I had an "awe shucks" moment when I backed my truck into a telephone poll and had to file a claim, the process was easy and painless. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The expertist and service is unmatched. I plan on being a life long Brett Smalley State Farm customer!

If you have teenage drivers on your policy, this is not the insurance provider for you. My 16 year old had a very understandable fender bender and we were dropped/ forced Into a very expensive high risk policy. We will go back to USAA with our lessons learned.
