Are swindlers make you wait 30 minutes (minimum) on each call has been delayed three months to areglar my car went to the building that says they are situated and this until bacio are not sure pesimo offices and believe me try to do possible to close the office of swindlers and thieves who are all my adjustor is one such Migdali and have never been able to talk to her always sends me straight to the mailbox and have not answered me not if you want a single call response please comment all their bad experiences and try to do everything possible to close the office of blatant and swindlers you and not the star that you give deserve to comment

OCEAN HARBOR INSURANCE IS A RIP OFF! Rude, lazy employees, who will take your money monthly, and not even pay your claim. I had an accident TWO MONTHS ago, and it has YET to be resolved. When I call my agent, Selene Gomez, and another women in charge of my case, Laudy (I do not have her last name) they are rude, and have HUNG UP on me several times. If I am on the phone with them, and it hits 4 pm, I am hung up on. When they do not do their job, and I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am hung up on. They have NO PROBLEM calling me to collect my monthly payment, but I leave a voice mail EVERY DAY and receive a phone call back MAYBE once a week. This company is ROBBING me. It has been TWO months I have been off the road. Because of this, I was unable to get to my job, so I lost my job and my apartment, and was forced to move home with my parents in Kentucky. This company has literally ruined my life. not only should you not be insured by these people, but this company needs to be SHUT DOWN. This is unjust, cruel and just plain not RIGHT. I have even obtained a lawyer, and filed a complaint with the Florida attorney generals office. Please, this company needs to be stopped, and I am doing everything in my power as a young, 22 year old women who was RIPPED OFF and completely taken advantage of..

This company is a complete fraudulent & immoral umbrella company that has terrible subsidiaries under it. One of them is Ocean Harbor Insurance, which covers high-risk drivers. I was in an accident that involved one of their insured who was at fault and ran into the back of my vehicle. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to communicate with this joke of a business. If you call their hotline be prepared to wait for an hour on hold then get hung up on before speaking with someone. If you are trying to get them to pay on a claim be prepared to get a bunch of excuses, lies, and false statements stating they are waiting on documents from you or others that they never requested. I am appalled as an American and stand-up citizen that companies like this are allowed to exist. They can only push a human so far before they realize people will not stand for this. I will be posting multiple reviews on several websites & the Federal Insurance Bureau to file a formal complaint to start an investigation.

If there was a negative star I would put it. I am an insured and have been since 2011 and I got into my first accident on 9/14/15. Let me just start by telling you and saving you a whole lot of headaches, if you are thinking about taking this company as your car insurance, DONT. They do not return calls, they do not return emails. They make excuses to you as to why they never did call or email back. My car has been in the shop since 9/17 and today is 9/24 and its still not ready because the insurance company forgot to send someone out to reinspect my car! This place is HORRIBLE and I am sorry to have EVER...EVERRRRRRRRR given my money to them. A job of an insurance company is to be courteous and concerned and helpful to their customers and this company...just doesnt do that! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Please file your complaints for this horrible company to Better Business Bureau. Leaving comments on google will not work. These people need to be shut down. I spoke to customer service rep. Armand G. I asked to please find out how long a claim takes, told me he could not verify and hung the phone up on me. I am a customer. CLEARLY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. If i could give zero stars I would. If everyone that has a problem with this insurance company files a claim with the Better Business Bureau they may audit this company and shut it down. This is a apparent fraud. It is impossible for one to have to wait almost a month for a quote on an accident, let along they do not cover rentals so i am stuck paying a rental until they decide they want to work.

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY. May 22nd I called them to file a claim. First time I called, they never filed it so I had to call and file again. It is now June 18th and I have been calling "celene gomez" every single day and have also left messages and written to her email. I have not received an email back, nor any phone calls or messages. I have only spoke with her once. In almost 1 month! Meanwhile, my car is STILL at the dealership - UNTOUCHED. The dealership said they have not heard from her or the insurance company since the 2nd of June (when the appraiser went out to see the car) - I mean honestly, They are quick to take my money but when it comes time to paying up, I hear nothing from them. Very unsatisfied.

The worst ever insurance company that can run in this universe. I have been calling them to register a claim at an accident site which take you on hold to connect to first agent for almost 1 hour. Later if you want to reach out to their team about an existing claim or subrogation department, it reaches to a default voice mail which promises a call back but it has never happened for months now. I think this company should be sealed and banned and a refund should be processed to all its customers. WORST EVER EVER EVER COMPANY. DECLINE UPFRONT and go to some reputed companies like state farm, geico, progressive, etc. Just pray that the opponent party doesnt own this insurance. You got to die to get a claim. ZERO STAR

My experience is very bad are a lack of respect you spend more 30 minutes waiting and teatan well sea. I stole the truck and took 3 months to give me an answer and the one that has my case is Maria loan and does not respond every day I leave a message and do not return the calls, tremendous shit and I had to give 650 dow paymet.

Their insured person hit my parked car in front of my house. I knew right away this sketch insurance would take forever to even start a claim. I used my insurance deductible to fix my car and 2 weeks later they send me a letter saying they need more info to start a claim, asking for ton of info. Do yourself a favor and let your insurance handle it. Not worth your time dealing with this pathetic lowlife company. It is clear they will try to deny all responsibility even when their insured hit my parked car. I am sure it will take months to get my deductible back, which i hope i can.

It truly disgusts me when a company operates this poorly. No call backs, full answering machines, and extreme rudeness when I miraculously did speak to someone. The person who hit me has Ocean Harbor Insurance (Pearl Holding) and I was told by my dealership that they do not do business with Ocean Harbor (Pearl Holding) because they do not pay on time or sometimes ever. Huge red flag with this company!!! I am not one to try and sabotage any business, but when a company clearly operates in a criminal manner I feel it is my duty to let the public know.

Worst insurance company that I have ever experienced. They do not answer your message. Call them you wait for 30 minute to an hr to be connected to an agent. Then the answer is we are working on it. My car is in the shop for two weeks waiting for them to estimate their liability and they have not showed up. Car rental can get them to answer the limit they will pay for my rental car. So I am stuck with no car to go to work. If there is a rating of ZERO, I would give it to them too. Stay away from this company or you will be sued for your liability.

I have been waiting for almost 2 months my car is a total lost and I am still making payments on the car and insurance. This ins company has been giving me the run around they never return your calls or voicemails and never answer the phone. no one can help not even the supervisors. If they not helping ppl I wonder what the hell are they doing behind the desk besides trying to figure how long we as paying customers can be avoided.. You wanna know how I got these scars? Yes dealing with this insurance will scar you and turn you crazy like the Joker....maybe if mentally prepare yourself it would minimize the damage. Be patience wait time to speak to someone average 20+ minutes. They are stuck in the 17th century so they can not e mail or fax any documents everything is regular snail mail. Make sure you stay on top of them every step of the way and maybe your claim will resolve in 2 months. Best of luck my soon to be lunatics!

If there was a zero star, they would get it. Awful customer service! If you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, whoever talks to you will transfer you to their voice message and you will never hear from them. I have called multiple times with my claim number, name, phone number and my concerns and no manager/supervisor has EVER gotten back to me. I am so glad I do not have this insurance (the other car who hit me does and what a waste of money).

I was in an accident ...with my parents out of town car... I tried several times to call to get someone on the phone and it has been a true nightmare..... I was hung up a few times, the customer service agent was extremely rude and basically insulted me as I waa giving my information on the incident. I need to get this done asap... It was a true disaster..... Hopefully no one gets hit by someone with this type of insurance.... HORRIFYING!!!!!!!!

This company is a joke! I called them to make a claim and the lady that took care of me was very rude and there was people laughing in the background too. After a month, they finally approved my estimate but there was some things that were not written in the estimate. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Pearl Harbor Insurance company go do yourselves a favor and close down.

This insurance is a scam. The estinated wait of time is 30 min and onwards. And when you finilly get to tsomeone. They put their phone on silence so you dont hear anything and then they put it out of silence and they lugh and sauly oh I was not hearing you. At the end they hang up and you need to call again and wait an hour . This is a totally fraud. I dont know how they are in busiess.

Horrible experience my car was totaled 02/19/2017 with a driver that was not insured with the company but the owner of the vehicle was insured. I have been awaiting pay out as they picked my car up for savage over two months ago and no one is responding now to my email. This company is not a favorite one and I will report to the insurance commission and file other steps.
