Our escrow officer, Keleigh Nava, was very professional and handled our escrow with care. The lender, which was from a company in Tehachapi, was a complete nightmare and made the situation pretty stressful for the buyers and us (the sellers) and Keleigh was always trying her best to help, explain things and to get the escrow closed as soon as she was able to. The lender constantly spoke negative to the buyers and blamed every problem on everyone but himself and Keleigh was the complete opposite. She was positive, had great communication and clearly knows her job well. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Look out for additional fees that have no explanation, other than stating "other fees." They drag their feet as they know the seller is the one that continues to pay interest not them. The manager is very unprofessional and does not take responsibility for the poor service!

Very hard to get hold of people working here. Try calling them and you reach their voice messages which they hardly return. I would prefer dealing with Placer Title or any other company for that matter.
