Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When Jake did the title search, we had an unusual title known as, "a horizontal property regime." Jake knew what it was, explained it to me in terms that I could understand. (not a lot of legal jargon) and my closing was on time with no hassle. Clarity Title is awesome! They will even come to wherever you want to meet them to close the deal. Many people confuse the title company with the lender. The lender is the one who asks for documentation. All the Title Co needs is your ID & signature on the documents that are sent by the lender. Clarity always has their act together.
