I have been with this office since they opened in Yelm . They are there to sell obviously, but I have been truly amazed that in the last few policy reviews, that they have found ways to actually save me money and get the insurance coverage that I need. This is one of the many reasons that I would not consider having insurance through any other office. All of the staff at the office are well versed in the insurance industry and are extremely customer focused. I have never had anything other than very positive outcomes on the occasions that I have talked on the phone with the office. Everyone that I have spoken to at the office are personable, professional and go out of their way to get accurate and timely answers. I have never been to the office, do not know where they are located in Yelm or have met with anyone from the office face to face. All contact with them has been by phone or email. With that being said, I still feel that this is a business that I can trust and count on to provide my insurance needs. This is one of the very few businesses that I have dealt with in the last years that realizes the value of customer service and establishing a good working relationship with each customer.
