Erica has been our insurance agent since she first became a State Farm agent. Our previous agent was located in Lincoln, where we live, even though Erica is in Omaha this location difference has never been an issue. From the first day we switched to today, the dedication of this office, as a whole, to us as a client has not changed. We had been with a different State Farm agent before switching to Erica and could not be more pleased that we moved over. Erica and everyone she has working in her office are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really do believe in the State Farm motto “like a good neighbor” and have been there for us in many different phases of our life from buying a house, having children, and purchasing a new car. They have made sure we are fully covered as a family because they care about us as their extended family. We are able to have what we feel is the best insurance coverage in the market at a very reasonable price point. To say this office goes above and beyond the call is an understatement. After the birth of our last child, we had an extremely bizarre car insurance claim and needed some questions answered in a timely manner. Not only did they follow up with us within the hour, but also went above and beyond what we had asked of them. When they contacted us again not only did they provide us our insurance options, but also a list of people in Lincoln who could assist us in getting our car serviced since what we were in need of was not something all places handle. Recently we met with Erica to discuss setting up a life insurance policy. She adjusted her schedule to meet with us at our house, after both my husband and I were off work. This was outside the normal “8 to 5” workday for most of us. She asked us about our lives and talked with our kids even before she got down to business. Erica then went through all of the material slowly and clearly so we understood all of our options and never once made us feel rushed since it was after 5pm. She then gave us time to look over the material and we never felt pressure to purchase something we did not feel was right for us. This is just another example of their willingness to go above and beyond in order to meet their customer’s needs. They truly make their clients feel they are more than just a policy, they are a part of the Erica Wilkinson State Farm Family. This is why I often refer my friends to Erica and have all of my family with Erica as their agent as well.
