Honestly, I was very reluctant to enter my phone number on the website because I was expecting a hard core and annoying salesperson to call me. I was so relieved when Paul called – I knew I had nothing to fear! From that very first phone call, I felt extremely comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, as well as friendly and caring, and I was made to feel confident that the process would be smooth and painless – and he definitely delivered!! He took the time to explain all of my options and the pros and cons of each plan. The whole process seemed like I was working with a friend, which was totally unexpected and certainly appreciated.
