I think this State Farm office is one that should have gold stars, the office staff are courteous and very helpful, always cheerful and Matt is such a good agent, he has parties for his customers children, what more could you want from an insurance office? Worst agent on the planet. Does not return phone calls. No voicemail. Incompetent staff caused coverage to be cancelled. Billing errors, mailing errors, inaccurate information. Avoid these people like the plague.
