We are so glad that we have such a great agent. I was in a bind today and they came through, as always! They immediately faxed over the paperwork to the DMV that I needed to renew my plates. On the spot. Saved me a trip to the office and saved me a lot of time. Doug Hailey and the other employees at this office are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We have been with them for years. We use them for both House and Auto insurance. I would never consider switching to anyone else!
