I was hit by someone who unfortunately carried this insurance. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. I filed a claim three days ago and have still not been contacted by an adjustor, despite calling and leaving a message. Additionally, I was told when I filed the claim that I could not take the car in for repair to my chosen repair shop. After reading the Texas Consumer bill of rights TO the customer service representative, They admitted that they were required to allow me to choose my own shop and my own parts. The people on the phone for customer service have hung up on me multiple times, and have been very condescending when I called for help. They seem inexperienced and unprofessional. I have no idea what their rates are, but I know that if you ever actually need to use the insurance, you will be in for a huge headache.

Worst company EVER! I hate this company they cancelled my policy 10 days after I made my payment and cant tell me why...to hell with baja! You have choices people...dont settle for Baja...seriously they are just the middle man..you pay them to pay YOUR ACTUAL insurance company it makes no sense..you can just do it yourself. Believe me this company is nothing but a SCAM!

WORST EMPLOYEES! Very unprofessional. Never helpful they seem to not want to do their job. They even make paying the monthly payment a hassle. Will not recommend this location in particular. All others are ok but by far this one has the worst service.

The guy that helped me out was not professional.. I believe his name is matthew he even tryed selling weed stating he gots the hook up ... I will never go there again n ill tell people I know not to go there ... Horrible experience
