What a pleasant experience! Making a change in my insurance after 35 years at another agency. It was a big process, but the agent was so helpful to break things down and then piece it all back together again. With new policies in place, I not only learned a lot, but we are paying considerably less than with our previous carrier. In addition, knowing that Wells Insurance has been serving Wilmington for many years, I am sure that they understand the needs of the coastal market. From start to finish, it was a great experience...would highly recommend that anyone check out Wells Insurance and their great account executive, Chrystie Frazier!
