Super professional. Shana was willing to explain all the nuances of my coverage and the nuts and bolts of moving a policy to OK from out of state. She did a great job and went out of her way to save me some money, too! Bonus: I was helped as soon as I walked in (w/o appt.). Secretary walked me straight back to an office, introduced me to Shana, and offered me a drink and snack.
