Craig Pretzinger is one of the best insurance agents that I have met; he is knowledgeable, a good listener, polite and able to quickly understand the intricacy of situations. My personal interactions with him were all extremely good. I cannot say the same about some of the people in his office. An employee, who since has left, kept me waiting for calls back, for emails, and promised to do things (e.g., set up automatic payment) that did not get done. Luckily, this person has been recently replaced by a highly responsible, quick and efficient employee. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for quality insurance, not just the cheapest deal.
