gave 1 star because i had to in order to submit the review my daughter hurt her finger and resulted in surgery from playing on a neighbor trampoline they denied all bills and forced me to file claims against the homeowners insurance company i complied with everything. injury was 5-6. i began communication with priority health june 7 After receiving many bills rejecting coverage. P. H. wouldn’t re-bill anything for Allstate to figure out what liens were actually owed once determined the homeowner wasn’t liable. between June and today lasting anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half a piece in phone calls i made between the insured’s home insurance company and P.H, neither of which would give me direct answers, Other than putting the ball in the other parties court. Finally on Friday I was able to get both companies on the line to find out PH had been lying to me for the last three months as to how things were supposed to go. PRIORITY health promise to call all of the debtors and inform them that this was still being figured out and to put all of our bills on hold and today I just receive collections from nine different companies. Long story short priority health made me subrogate for them. (which is not the insureds job) had the other insurance company pay them which should have paid my deductible and out of pocket and not them since they denied liability, but had a clause for medical payments, and lied to me for months about taking their money.

Priority Health is very hard to work with from the provider stand point which causes patients to get frustrated with their physician offices. They took away local representatives to help provider offices with claims issues and now wait on hold with no time length as to how long you will wait on hold. The customer service department states we cannot talk to the claims department and that they just relay the message. There is no two way communication or discussion to explain their reasoning. Blue plans offer much higher quality service even united health care offers local representatives to visit provider offices and help.

these people are idiotic they cant even get a birthday right.... they have two different birthdays for my husband despite my calls to them and the market place the idiots still wont fix it. i mean come the hell on how the hell can a company mess up so badly. my dhs bday is Feb 18 they have the 17th and the 16th of February in to different places... and people are trusting them??????????? oh yea i frogot that they also place you on hold for AN HOUR AND A HALF every time you call you will be placed on hold for AN HOUR AND A HALF IF NOT MORE. if i could give no stars i would

Priority Health will be worthy of a 5 star rating IF it reconsiders its decision to deny life-extending, though risky, surgery for Jonah, the infant child of Heather and Greg Puruleski, who suffers from a rare and deadly condition known as Trisomy 18 or Edwards Syndrome. I call on others to ask the same of Priority Health. I for one would like to know that Priority Health decision-makers have the compassion to take a risk on this tiny patient, Jonah, and grant full coverage for his special surgery.

Horrible. Just got off the phone with this company and I was told that my husband was not on the my dental insurance policy. I know for a fact he is on my policy when I got the print out of my insurance coverage information when I signed up for this dental insurance. I have proof he is on the dental insurance policy.
