Andrew is the ultimate professional. When I moved to Indiana from Texas 2 years ago I looked for a non-typical agent and Andrew not only fit the bill he has hit the ball out of the park. I was tired of the typical agent where you never actually see, meet or can talk to them since they have 100 worker bees busing around and they are off sipping brandy in the back of their Bentley. Andrew has either answered the phone or got back to me in record time each time I reach out. He handled all of our needs offering suggestions and guidance based on us vs what the Insurance company wants so they can make more money. He was on top of every situation that came up and went above and beyond to ensure things were not only handled but we were kept in the loop at every turn. I felt like I was his only client and he was working for us like he would work for himself. I am going to miss Andrew and his staff now that I am moving to Arizona, but would recommend him for any and all insurance and loan needs.

Yesterday the head gasket went out in my Mini so I called the roadside assistance that Andrew put in my policy. The service was great! They were at my house with a flatbed in 35 minutes! Towed the car to the dealership and that was that. No questions asked and I was happy to pay the $7.50 extra for being 3 miles out of the 10 mile radius. Around 2 years ago I went to Andrew right when he opened and said if you beat Erie insurance I will switch to you. He beat them by $600 a year and I was on board. He really explains the coverage so you can understand it. I also got my girlfriend to switch to him. He was also there last summer when I had a motorcycle accident. It felt like he was on call the whole time.
