I was referred to Kreger & Thacker when my son got a speeding ticket last year. Immediately, they took a stressful, rather frightening situation and calmed all of our nerves. During the course of several calls and emails, they advised us on what we should do if the situation happens again. The thing is: they did all this before we even retained them! They got the ticket reduced to faulty equipment and my son (then an inexperienced driver) did not incur any license or insurance points. So, when I got my first speeding ticket in over 25 years, I turned to Tom and Salem to handle it. They got the DA to consider the speed trap where the limit goes from 35 to 45 to 55 within ½ mile. They also brought up my clean driving record. They got the charge dismissed! Kreger and Thacker are trustworthy and understanding. Their low fee is exactly what you pay – no hidden fees. They treat you like you are their only client. Every one of my calls and emails were answered promptly no matter when I asked the question – evening, weekend, etc.. They handled our cases well and kept us informed every step of the way. That is why I recommend Kreger and Thacker 100% for any court issues.

Last year my two-week-old $40,000 new vehicle was t-boned by another driver who had lost control of their vehicle. The result was more than $15,000 in damage to my vehicle, which the other insurance company covered 100%. This year I decided to file an additional claim for ‘diminished value’ with the other insurance company. From my own research I concluded that diminished value claims were a very subjective area of law, whether settled out of court or decided in a court. That is why I selected Tom Kreger to represent me in pursuing this second claim. It several months, but with Tom’s guidance and help, I received a very satisfactory amount in settlement of my claim. Plus, I was happy we were able to avoid going to court, because to me that can be a waste of valuable time, often with uncertain results. Working with Ben Brodish, was incredible easy and straightfoward! He was so knowledgeable and able to find the best outcome to help me resolve a complex issue with a pretty scary traffic citation (20 mph over in a school zone). I could have easily added points on my license and insurance record, but he was able to negotiate to have the speeding ticket to reduced and to have the ticket thrown out of a the school zone (which another lawyer said would not even be possible). Also, Ben was so patient and accommodating in explaining the process and offered a reasonable price to represent me. I would absolutely work with Ben again, on any legal matter, even as a consult for other types of citations or issues!
