I had a very complicated immigration case that many lawyers did not want to take because it required a great deal of work, knowledge about immigration and skills that they simply did not have. Many lawyer said to me that I will most certainly have to go back to my country and file for an adjustment of status there. I have my husband and family here so I did not want to end up getting stuck in my country were I have not lived in over 20 years. I wanted to fine a lawyer who I could trust to properly represent me. After researching, calling and talking to about 10 different lawyers, my husband and I decided to meet Brian for the free consultation he offered. I explained my situation to him, he asked some clarifying questions and then proceed to tell my husband and I how we can proceed with our case. He went over the pros and cons, best case and worse case scenarios which was super helpful. I really felt at ease with Brian. By the time we had our second meeting with him, I began to realize that he is genuine, he is not money driven, he really do care about what happens to me which is less that I can say for many of the lawyers I came across. He has an amazing understanding of the immigration process. At each step of the filing process, we knew what to expect because Brian kept us in the loop. After much back and forth, I was pretty much denied twice, because of proofs of documentation that uscis requested that I did not have. Brian never backed down, He dug deeper, he did his research and came up with all that he could to repute the denial letters and other request. A year and a half later, I was finally granted my green card. My future and the future of my family is so much brighter today because of Brian. I am now looking forward to travel back to my country of birth for the first time in over 20 year! I have already recommended Brian to friends who he already helped to get their green card. There is so many positive things I could say about Brian but I will end by saying that if you are looking for a honest, knowledgeable and reasonable priced lawyer who will fight for you, then look no further. Hire Brian Wang to represent you. He will not take your money and give you false hope and unrealistic expectations. I needed to talk to a lawyer about my immigration issue after I got a less than pleasing letter from the USCIS regarding my permanent residency. I spoke to Brian over the phone and we got to meet the following work day.
