I was quite devastated,and was wondering what and how I was going to take care of my problem. I walked into the office crying and of little hope. Sam was compassionate,the first thing he did was offer a tissue,kind words. Sam took care of everything he said he would. I am very pleased with the office lady as she was very compassionate to. I gave them a five star because they deserve it! I would highly recommend Farmer and Wright. I plan on useing their services again on another issue in 2017. Thanks, Donna Randolph
