I had never been arrested and was falsely accused in an Assault and Battery case. I interviewed five attorneys. My initial call to Mr. Spring was immediately returned by Mr. Spring himself and we met that day. I did not have experience navigating in the justice system in such a horrifying situation but Mr. Spring guided me and accurately predicted the course of this case and explained the details. He, himself, was always available to me by text, email, telephone and in-person at all times during the nearly two-year ordeal for my case. His preparation for the trial in Superior Court was thorough and precise. His experience as a former prosecutor and as a criminal defense attorney enables him to develop the strongest strategic plan for trial. The jury determined I was NOT GUILTY on all three charges.
