My Father is 76 years old and he had a serious fall and broke his hip at a popular shopping area here in fresno. The day after I took my father to see Jeffrey Bohn He hired an engineer out of his own pocket to see if we had a case. first of all who does the, his own money. Once he excepted the case it was on. We went in the other day for mediation and one of the first things the judge who did our mediation said was these types of cases will settle very fast for like 40 thousand . that includes medical. You can imagine our disappointment my dad had to do several stints in rehab. After about half way through the judge was saying things like wow I have never seen this, and Council you are doing great. Then the judge said this is a Grand slam home run. Mr Bohn was only half way thru. We went 16 rounds and walked away with 3X what the normal settlement is. Listen if you are looking for good or average attorney I cannot help you, but if you want a great attorney go and talk with Jeffrey Bohn. You will truly appreciate him and his wonderful staff. I cannot even put into words how well they treated my father through this time. I will tell you this Even the mediator who is a retired judge that said he would not recommend taking this case to trial, Called the outcome something he never seen. A Grand Slam Home Run. Listen the opposing counsel and the insurance adjuster were both in the other room and Jeff killed it. I am. Editing the review that I had given Jeffrey Bohn, my dad wanted me to wait until he received his money but we were trying to do our own net sheet. The problem is we have no idea how much Medicare will end up taking. But that is not why I am editing my review the reason is when we were figuring out what bills he had to pay off we actually realized how much more his settlement was than the average hip replacement . almost 10× the average. On behalf of my Sister, Noutay Tayvihane, I want to Thank Jeffery D. Bohn and Case Manager Yer Yang, they are wonderful people to work with. They dedicate their time on taking hard cases and get the result you need. My sister and nephew was in a major accident; the other driver ran a red light. My sister was in the hospital for a few days due to the injuries she sustained from the accident. About a year ago I suffered a terrible injury requiring missed work, countless medical bills and general embarrassment. I had been going through a four year custody struggle by myself. This process did start with an attorney; I wasted my money.
