I have learned though past experiences that if you don’t know how to complete a task and achieve quality results, you should do some research and hire a highly recommended professional. When I needed some legal aid, I hit the internet, the phone book, and finally starting calling attorneys to see if they would be able to help me with my case. I am happy to say that Michael Mitchell’s Law Firm was the first kind voice to return my call, and was pleasantly surprised to be talking to Mr. Mitchell himself. He made me feel at ease right away, listened to my issue, asked lots of questions for clarification, and then explained to me what my options were. Over the course of the next few months, we had several phone calls and emails back and forth, and he was always prompt to answer all my calls and emails. He has a great sense of humor, spot on people skills, and it shows that he really LOVES his work. One day, I really hope to meet him in person, as he completed my case without me having to come back to California. I have never needed legal counsel before, but if I am ever in need, while in the state of California, I will be seeking out his law firm. Thank you Mike, I really appreciate all you do.

Last year I made a huge mistake and got arrested for a DUI. I was completely destroyed and knew that my job and future prospects were on the line. This was the first time I had been in any real trouble in my life. I came across Mitchell Law Group online and decided to go see them. I talked to Attorney Michael Mitchell and could tell that he was a pro in this area. He was able to find some problems in the cops reason for stopping my car. He was also able to fine problems in the timing of other areas. Due to keen eye and legal know how I was able to get my DUI dismissed in the court. I made a huge mistake that I will not make again. But if anybody else is in the same boat I know where I will send them.

I truly have never seen an attorney who has won so many motions to suppress evidence or dismiss cases. I hired Michael for a criminal case. He was outstanding to say the least. Everyone makes mistakes once in awhile (it's why they put erasers on pencils) and it was no exception when I was charged with two felonies...outrageous! I did my research on the net and contacted Michael. He was always quick to get back to me if he wasn't available, very personable, and with great people skills. His plan of attack was spot on with the end result of one (1) count misdemeanor (blahblah) and a small fine. I could not be happier with the outcome. My husband and I hired attorney Michael Mitchell to handle his DMV and DUI cases. It was important to us that we avoid a suspension on his license because he is a commercial driver and supports our family. Mr. Mitchell and his staff did a very good job explaining everything. In the end he was able to prevent a suspension and he was able to get the DUI reduced once we got to court. We were very pleased with the what he was able to accomplish.

They dropped my case off the word of my landlord .did not take the time to speak to me about what she had alleged. Which was mostly fabricated. I did not receive a call to discuss, just a letter in the mail releasing them from the case. Not very professional. I had pictures as proof. The landlord only had her word. Will never recommend and will always suggest anyone using them go to a different attorney
