This is rubbish company only do lose people their time but they at the time of charge every month if you are punctual but when you need them never appear, tubimos an accident two months ago and they all days are never reported had to make and by the time the claim is made and the compensation hiso for the loss of veiculo ofresen the least you can and you dedusen more money, not only the deductible and pay are not good because so far not eh resivido my check for my car the truth given bad treatment to customers and staff not I capasitado to meet the people who are paying them for a service, the adjuster and the manager who according took my case they are incompetent ... and as company garbage

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I was in my first automobile accident coming to two months ago, and have yet to get my car back. When I called my claim in, I was told I would get a call back within 24-72 hours which was not a true statement. I called the adjuster, left several voicemails and he never did answer my call. Again, I have never been in an accident before and did not know the procedure of how this insurance handled their claims. I got a call, first call from this place, from the appraiser stating he was going to go get an estimate of my car. finally after I talked to him a manager answered a few of my questions- still never getting a call back from my adjuster. Finally, they decided it was time to give me an approval or denial of my claim- ok I got approved A MONTH LATER!! So now they take my car to a shop to get it fixed- on top of my deductible they add $227 for parts, complete bullshit. But at this point I am frustrated and I just want my car back, the only car I have. Shop gets it and tells me it will be 5 days after receiving the parts, fine. I am counting down at this point. It will now be 2 weeks, and they sound just like them, making excuses every other day! On the 29th it will be 2 months after the accident. It is ridiculous- I have never heard of such horrible service before. Very disappointed!!!

I was involved into an accident with one of their clients. At first they took them about a week to find their clients policy # which to me dnt make any sence. Then i was asked to send them pictures of my vehicle which i did but never heard from them , keep calling and i was told they never receive them so i resend them with a few estimates for body shops. Keept trynna get a hold of their agent named SAMANTHA , she keept giving her crazy attitude like if the money is coming out of her pocket or some. Then after a month they send me with the shop they work ... and after a few weeks and alot of calls from me they said they need to send one of their guys to look at my car because the pictures i send em are not really showing how bad my car looks.lol and its been over a weeks havent heard from that guy.i swear dealing with this fkn insurance its a fkn nightmare. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THEM , TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Why do people even still pay this company. I was hit by a kid who was insured through them in October. They gave me the run around till this week. They would tell me one thing and then tell the kid who hit me another thing. Well I was told on Monday that they were just getting the total together and that it should all be taken care of by today. Yesterday when I called to see when I would get a payment they told me that they voided the insureds policy and they were not going to pay anything. I called the kid that hit me and he told me that they have not said anything to him about this and that they told him that I was already paid for the accident and that the claim was closed. I am seriously thinking about starting a class action lawsuit against them. When researching this I found over 100 people that have been screwed by this company. What they are doing can not be legal. They have screwed the wrong person.

Worst experience ever! I was I a car accident about 3months ago, went through numerous of people to get my claim processed. Now battle with their body shop on getting my vehicle fixed. My vehicle has been in the shop for about 2 months now. They continue to give me the run around about my vehicle they state it will be ready on this date but has not been ready yet.NOW THEY are saying they may not be able to fix it due to the frame bent! I thought this was a great idea going to their body shop hit I was wrong! Wack insurance company and WACK body shop! Oh and I have been out of a car since then they told me I was able to get a rental for 10 days and would get a reimbursement unfortunately that was a LIE as well. They did not pay for my rental and I had rental coverage in my policy! THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING THIS INSURNACE IT MAY BE CHEAP BUT IS BOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

This company is a total joke, there is not enough time in the day to stay on hold. If and when you get someone your are 100% guaranteed to be disappointed by what seems like a default response like... We are not going to cover your claim... We have not spoken to our insured... They have figured a giant loop hole to not pay claims. The use snail mail and paper to make all they need to be legal then destroy the people the insure. Unfortunately the person that hit me will now have to be sued by my insurance company because of the loop hole. Long story short, if you have this company and dive on any public highways you are at risk to have your life and credit destroyed. Total crap customer service and total crap company. You should spend the extra 30 bucks a month to get a real insurance company and not risk getting sued and to have your life ruined.

FILED A COMPLAINT WITH ILLINOIS DEPT OF INSURANCE, TO GET THEM TO DO ANYTHING, THEN I SEND IN ALL THE RELEASE PAPERS ALONG WITH MY SIGNED TITLE ON 17TH OF DECEMBER, CALL BACK AND THE GANGSTER WANNA BE ROCIO GARCIA TRYS TO EXTORT ME BY TELLING ME THERE NOT PAYING TILL I RETRACT MY COMPLAINT. GUESS WHAT THATS A CRIME, I AM NOW CONTACTING THE IL ATTY GEN OFFICE TO BRING CHARGES TO DIRECT AUTO, ROCIO GARCIA AND MIKE TORELLO. DO NOT BUY THERE INSURANCE YOU WILL BE TREATED SO BAD OVER ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE, I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO HAVE THIS COMPANY BARRED FROM THIS STATE. Its been since November 1st since there insured struck the rear of my vehicle.I have had the run around every single time I call. Placed on hold forever or just sent to a voicemail that nobody responds to.Clearly there insured admitted fault,and I have done everything on my part w filing the proper documentation and following up w Erica Esolis the claim handler.She never responded to any of my calls until 60 days later stating that there insured never followed procedure and unfortunately my claim will be denied. Even the claim Supervisor refuses to return my call. I shall file suit against the driver and continue to harass and post the actions of this company and lack of customer service on every social media that allows me to leave reviews. 1200.00 claim/Are you serious/Ponze scheme all day!!!!!!!!!!

I been with Accurate insurance for 5 years. So I get directed to this company to file a claim. I was on hold for 15 minutes and sent to voicemail, tried again...same thing, third time I finally get taken care off... But so many requirements just to get service. This place needs more staff and better ways of taking care of there customers. I will be canceling my insurance with Accurate after 5 years... Update: Was told not to make police report, That they will send a accident report in the mail to fill. Never got it, Got declined for not making a police report. Scammers and frauds at its finest. Hope Karma gets them 100 times as bad. They have a nice suite now downtown with all the money they make by not fixing claims. SOMEBODY CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!

Like all other reviewers said, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!!!! Direct Auto Insurance did nothing when THEIR INSURED DRIVER rear ended my vehicle at a stoplight!!! Totally at fault, but this company will do nothing. My vehicle was total loss and thank god I have a real insurance company like Geico, who will now have to sue them to pay the claim that Geico covered. NEWS FLASH...if you are insured by them and they do not pay the claim, you could be forced to pay it yourself. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE...who by the way is also doing nothing about all the complaints they get about this company.

If i could give the -* i would ...horrible people STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually got this company thru oxford and omg at first when i made my claim evrything was smooth and then bam it turned into a nightmare now is as if i had never been insured worst part is we paid insurance to this people for 2 yrs!!!! The SANTANA LADY oonky spoke to me once after that never heard from her they messed up my claim from the beginning mishandled my claim and everthing i already put a complain with THE BBB hopefully ill get a response if not well see ..

you have to check a star to post, but there is no stars,WORST insurer ever would never use them again, they penalize there customer even when the actions was not caused by you......i have never ever dealt with a company like this before and never will again, they have lost a customer and I hope some current ones and future ones.. Someone suggested class action suit, we should but I am definetly about to looking into filing a complaint to the National Association Insurance Commission

It was the worst experience ever, they are very rude and the claims supervisor yelled at me and told me I was a liar. They told me to wait before I file my claim and see what the other company was going to do. They denied even telling me that. I am a retired veteran with over 20 years active duty, i/we deserve better treatment, especially when we are spending our money. I plan on filing more complaints, grievances and even a lawsuit. This company should be shut down immediately.

If i could i will give this thiefs no stars....they only steal your money dont waste your money here get a good insurance. I had to go through the department of insurance to get them to give me back my car...they are thiefs including MAGNUM INSURANCE!!! They will give you a hard time when it comes to fixing your car.... I had a rear end collision with one of their insurers and they have been very helpful. There was no strife or arguing and each time I called Janet Santana she was quick to resolve my issues with a good attitude. I love that and was not expecting it with an insurance company. Most people leave bad reviews I like to leave good ones when things are different than what the world is used to. Thanks Janet!

I was involved in an accident on December 4th 2015 and called the company right after the indecent. I have requested information to get my car into the shop an repaired. It is now December 28 and I have received nothing. My car is still not repaired and it seems the company has lost my contact information or something. I would not recommend using this company.
