Best agent ever! What a champ! I had a terrible experience with my house and this wonderful man was right there to the rescue. He was on call to file my claim, took all my information about the problem right there over the phone, and even volunteered to come over if I needed help. The issue was solved in a very timely manor and I have never seen such wonderful service before! I am so lucky that he works for Farmers and as long as he does I will continue to have my home insured through them. I am so lucky have such a wonderful rep because this is one major piece of my life that I no longer have to worry about. Put your mind at ease and get Giacomo Manfredini as your insurance rep.
