I highly recommend Amerihope Alliance in Plantation, Fl. I worked with Shannon Becker for a few months and she was absolutely amazing, very thorough, well-informed, patient, pleasant and extremely professional with excellent communication skills. And due to her determination and hard work, couple of months ago I received a loan deferment for six months followed by a possible loan modification. I was able to reach her at all times, and she was kind and supportive on all matters. Even though I’ve never met her in person she has become my unseen friend who I would attest any day. I am extremely happy and grateful for all her help and support. I‘ve recommended Amerihope Alliance to several of my colleagues due to my experience with the firm. Amerihope Alliance is definitely who you need to contact if you are in need of a loan mod, foreclosure etc.

My husband and I got caught up in a financial disaster. Raising 5 kids who are extremely active and involved in many sports becomes very costly. Best experience since day one of signing up with Amerihope Alliance. Carolyn was very personable calling us several times within 6 months giving helpful info before we signed up. From there we were assigned an atty, Halley Held, who called and introduced herself and let us know our next steps. Ruth Gross, our paralegal, handled our case for Loan Mod approval with WF from that point on and was very efficient and professional. She made it fairly easy and comfortable for us during this stressful time. We corresponded thru the log in and by phone when necessary and she dealt with WF. Losing your home in itself is a horrible experience and the stress created by this situation is something I do not wish upon my worst enemy. The employees seemed to work more for the Mortgage Company than for us. We asked several time to speak to a lawyer and after many, many months, never did. They did not "negotiate" a deal for us, rather, did what BOA told them to. After 18 months working on this, we were offered a "traditional" modification with no help in reducing a very high interest rate or any kind of assistance with current federal relief programs. The final mishandling occurred when we received the "final modification" several days after the payment due date. Apparently this legal stuff with dates and all is not an issue for them.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I could not get all the required information right away but they still kept charging me for "representation" I was also told that in order to get a modification I had to be behind in my mortgage. I was then told my hardship letter was insufficient, then it was sufficient. I was told different things depending on who I spoke to. Thankfully I managed to cancel having only paid $1000 for them to "create a file"
