I can tell that real estate is a very competitive these days with the market the way it is. With fewer agents trying to handle more potential buyers this is where it gets tricky. When looking for our home we actually go lost in the shuffle with our previous agent. Century 21 Beal, Inc. really came through. They took the time to show us homes that WE wanted WITHIN our price range, not just toss everything that fell within our budget at us. The entire team was always very polite and took the time to answer questions, not just push us through. I was all around very pleased with our experience.

Our agent, Linda Stribling, made buying our new home very easy. She and her husband gave us important information about houses we viewed, they were low-pressure, very professional, yet very aggressive with the sellers in the final negotiations. They are very friendly and really enjoy their work.
