We were so lucky to have found Ryan Green of Josh Barker ReMax Town and Country to represent us in the purchase of our new home in Anderson. He and the team at Josh Barker ReMax made it easy for us to keep up with the offers and paperwork at a distance. They sent us everything online and we were able to return the forms quickly with the use of pre-set electronic approvals. After escrow closed, Ryan arranged for the carpet cleaning, propane inspection, and replacement of the garbage disposal for us. The first night of our arrival, he was there to drop off the key. Ryan arranged to have us work with the local mortgage brokers and title company, who also worked closely with us throughout the entire process. Everyone we worked with was genuine, honest, so very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They made the traumatic experience of moving a large distance painless.
