This was my first time buying a home and as you can imagine I was very nervous to take that first step. Brandon was recommended to me by co-worker who had nothing but good things to say about him. My very first email to him was responded in less than 30 minutes. Brandon and his team were amazing and made sure I understood my options. I started out on the VA route and then changed over to a short sale option about mid-way through house hunting. He was always up front with me and honest about any choice I was going to make and didn’t sugar coat the complexity of short sales and foreclosures. He always made sure I had the most information available so I could make smart decisions. I also go the chance to work with Lenae who was just as knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to working with him and his team again in the future.
