I have been insured with Eric’s office for years and I have seen nothing but amazing service. They are an office that truly cares about and goes above and beyond for each of their customers. No matter how big or small your needs are they are always eager to help. They are easy to understand and work with as insurance can be extremely confusing. Eric’s office is not one that is working to just sell you a policy. They want to know about who you and your family are and how to help you. It is a very personable experience every time you work with them. If you are looking for an office that will work hard for you and your business Eric’s office should be your first and only stop.

When I received a phone call from my tenants (that were renting a townhouse from me) that the ceiling has collapsed from a water break, Eric Lusby and State Farm stepped up and took care of it! Within days the mess was cleaned up and the adjuster had assessed damages. Shorty there after I received a check and was able to put the place back together. State Farm even covered my lost rent! Thanks Eric Lusby!!
