I use to sell insurance, I work for a doctor who accepts this insurance and I also (unfortunately ) have this insurance for myself and child. This is the most un unorganized company I have dealt with. The customer service reps try but are not appropriately trained I have to make call after call on a personal and professional level just to be told to wait and call back because they have no idea what is going on. Do not go with them if you have a choice pay the extra premium it will be worth your time I promise!

I have apparently had a start date of 2/1/15 to be covered by Rocky Mountain Health Plans. As or 3.7.15 I am still being denied coverage when I try to use my insurance card. Rocky Mountain Health Plans keeps assuring me I am covered,took my payment for coverage and has yet to be able to provide me with any coverage or a resolution. I am very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them. I have also been sent random bills that I can not get an explanation of what the bill is for.

Rocky has helped me in many different ways, always provided my family with good health insurance, and the customer service has always been polite and spent time with me on the phone and in person when I needed it. They are easy to work with and even allowed different payment options when needed. Thank You Rocky Mountain Health Plans.

Worst insurance company ever!! They get approvals from Evicore (a third-party). I received a letter approving my MRIs due to my brain tumor, but then I got a letter from Evicore stating that my MRI was valid only from 7-21 thru 9-4, but the letter was dated 9-22 and mailed on 9-23!! INSANITY!! CRUEL!!!

This is the best medical insurance plan if you want to have some preventative screenings for free as long as you go in-network! Everytime I call, a real representative give me kind answers and its website helps me find in-network clinics very well. I love my medical plan and this agency.
