Please Note: Signs all over this office offer free movie tickets in exchange for positive reviews. Consider 5 star reviews as suspect. Constant misinformation from multiple contacts in this office. One employee indicated a multi-vehicle discount would be less than $40 a year (wrong), one employee gave the wrong premium cost for the area I moved to, policy premium questions were waved aside and never answered. In three years, I never met the agent himself. Staff initially seemed invested in assisting me, but quickly gave up when answers were not simple to come by. Staff were quick to blame State Farm underwriters, staff turn over, slow mail times, etc. for a lack of assistance and transparency. Again, positive reviewers are provided perks and goods in return for the positive reviews. Some customers may well have great experiences with this office, but be diligent in choosing to do business here.

When I went into this office yesterday, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the representative, did not immediately jump into business, but stopped to ask how my day was, and when I answered, she asked "How can I help you, today?" When I asked for renters insurance, she warmly explained what all came with my insurance and how much it would cost monthly. She did this courteously and completely without leaving anything out. Than ask if I wanted to sign up without sounding like it was a must to leave the building. She even printed out several copies for myself without complaint. I was so thankful for her help. I definitely recommend this office of State Farm to anyone looking for insurance.
