The Centerville office is a great one. The staff is professional and friendly. I mainly use them for the DMV services, which can be a bit of a wait; however, compared with the Main DMV offices such as in Cranston, not complaining. The last time I had to go to the Cranston office because of a service that AAA dmv did not do, 4 hrs was spent waiting there. The total transaction itself took less than 10 minutes. A 10 minute transaction after a 4 hour wait. No thanks. I would like to see more transactions that can be done here. Also, the offices are always clean.

Went into the Centerville, Warwick office to renew a car registration that had expired. First customer service person told me what paper I needed to fill out and exactly what data was needed. She was very friendly and helpful. After filling out the paperwork I returned to the desk. A second person assisted me. She also was extremely courteous. I was finished in approximately 20 minutes. I have been a AAA member for many years. I go in for travel, movie tickets and vehicle services. The staff are always friendly and I never have to wait long.

I need to renew my passport and had no clue where to go or how to get it done. I am a AAA Plus member so my photo was free and fast. The lovely woman at the information desk had all the paperwork for me to fill out and a list of participating post offices. She even pointed out the time to me and said I could make one that was close by before they closed. I had been procratinating and dreading this chore but with her and AAA it was very easy. I got it all done and mailed out in the same day. Cost Rica here I come!!!

I went in to get the Veteran designation on my License. This was my first visit to AAA since I had rejoined a few weeks earlier. In and out with nothing but smiling staff in 15 minutes flat. My license arrive one week later with the proper Veteran designation and none of this cost me a cent. So, summary, great service, pleasant people helping me without a long weait and I got something from the State of RI for nothing. Where else does something like this happen?

Recently I went to the Warwick office to get tickets to the Providence Flower and Garden Show. As always, the staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful and professional. I was completely satisfied with my AAA experience 2 weeks ago which included making a hotel reservation in Baltimore inner harbor as well as a triptik to the hotel in Baltimore and an alternate route to our final destination in Williamsburg, Va. The lady who assisted us was very patient and persistent on the computer and made every effort to get just what I wanted. I greatly appreciate the help she gave me and and am happy I belong to AAA.

I have always had a positive experience at AAA of Southern New England! We have our auto insurance through AAA and would not think of going anywhere else to book cruises and other special trips. And, the convenience of going to AAA rather than the DMV for license renewals and other such services is truly appreciated. For all services, they are very efficient, convenient, and extremely friendly.

AAA travel service helped me plan a train trip with my grandsons to Montreal, Canada. The agent did a great job, figuring out a better and less expensive way to go (NOT through New York City) than I originally had in mind. He also set me up with very good hotels. He made it quite easy and even fun to plan the trip--much more so than if I had attempted to do it all myself on the internet.

I am planning on a trip to Myrtle beach in October and stopped in at AAA to get some maps and guide books. The young woman at the counter was very helpful. Since we are driving she offered to set up a trip tik. I told her I would do that in a month or so. I do think there could have been more agents there to help. There was a line but it moved along as fast as one person could handle it.

At 1030am my wife called in to AAA for a tow, they said within the hour and I received a call at 1119am telling me that the driver was dropping a car in Cranston Warwick area and would be here after that vehicle was dropped off, it is now1:51pm still no tow truck I would not recommend AAA to anyone ever again! Three and a half hours is totally unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

Every time I go into the Warwick branch I am treated so well. The woman who I bought my movie tickets from, who then helped me bunch my family memberships was so happy to help me; both my daughter and I were so impressed with her customer service. Then I stopped in to get help with complicated vacation plans; the travel rep made it very easy to navigate what I was attempting to do.

Went to get a passport photo. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Had a good experience. Only drawback, when I went to submit passport application at US Post Office, they would not accept picture. Said it was not positioned correctly and that it did not fit properly. Had to pay $15 for new photo. Will be bringing photo back for refund. Other than that, great service.

I went to AAA on Centerville Rd in Warwick to take care of some registration issues and to renew my membership. It was the first time in this branch. The receptionist was extremely helpful in directing me to the correct forms to complete and the wait was less than 10 minutes. I got everything squared away and the service was friendly and knowledgeable.

Went there last week to renew my registration. I was in and out in about 20 Mins. Way better than DMV!!!! My only concern is that I am a member and AAA is now accepting non-members while the DMV is temporarily closing. While I understand why AAA is doing this will paying members have priority when it comes to long lines????

The staff was friendly, efficient and very informative on obtaining the euros and what to do with any euros upon my return to the states. I came into the office after just purchasing a new car and wanted to become a member. All were very helpful and even suggested I renew my drivers license while I was there since it was expiring in August. Great suggestion! I joined and had my license renewed in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful.

Idiot put the wrong address on my license and submitted it without even having me approve the change so I had to go back to their office again with all new paperwork to resubmit the change because they cannot do it on the phone. May as well have dealt with the lines and incompetence at the DMV.

Needed a passport photo. Headed to local AAA office where within minutes I had my photo taken and within a few more minutes was walking out with two passport photos and the bonus, was the application and instructions which I would have had to download online. THanks!
