Nothing can be more important for new immigrants to the United States than immigration matters and you always need an immigration law expert for the right advice on these critical issues. Dakshini is an immigration law expert and a true professional, a new immigrant to the States needs to handle anything related to immigration in a successful manner. You will not need any second opinion.” My case was complicated enough. Dakshini has been handling my H1-B case since 2008. Recently, I switched my employer and so called “Corporate” attorney’s mistake in the document submission caused an in-correct issuance of status. I was told by the attorney that the status could not be corrected. Nightmare!! I talked to Dakshini about the situation and that was it. She confidently said that the status definitely can be corrected since it’s a mistake. She re-amended the case for the correct issuance of the status and within a week it was all cleared and I had the correct status. I would definitely use her services in future and highly recommend Dakshini sen and her staff for all immigration needs.
