I wish I could give 0 stars, but in order to write this I had to give 1. My divorce took 2 years primarily due to lack of communication from the staff. My first paralegal never responded when I sent information in or returned any of my voicemails. It took 2 months before I got another person to call me back and let me know that he was no longer with the company. HELLO?!?! Someone should have contacted that entire caseload or been monitoring his emails/Voicemails. The second person made me re-submit all of my paperwork that I had already submitted because it was unable to be located in the office. I was told I was done with my portion of the paperwork, only to call in and ask why it had not been sent off to court yet and be informed that there were 2 more documents I needed to complete. You have to be vigilant and call or email every day to get a response. If you call in every day for 5 days, you will most likely get a response a week later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. They only care about your money. I updated my address with them on five (5) different occasions. I then got a call asking me what my address was as documents had been returned to them. They do not listen to what you are saying, and you will get passed around so many times that you will have no idea who is handling your case anymore.

I needed a very quick divorce because I had to go overseas. I had made all the plans for my trip and I was just waiting to get divorced. I was really stressed out because my local attorneys in Henrico County gave me a time frame of 3 months, but all my worries went away as soon as I hired the Law Office of Michael Ephraim, who promised to get me a divorce in 2 weeks. At first, I thought it was too good to be true, but I hired them anyway. David Grey, their best attorney, contacted me with all the paperwork he needed. He was very professional, polite, helpful and very easy to work with. I sent him my paperwork on May 5th, and he got my divorce decree on May 19th. He was always prompt in answering my inquires. He was so committed to my case as if it was his own personal case. He even provided me his cell phone to contact him just in case he was out of the office. I have worked with a lot of attorneys in my life, but David was the best and the most exceptional attorney I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond to not only meet, but totally exceed my expectations. If you want a quick divorce with no hassle, then I strongly suggest that you hire Law Office of Michael Ephraim, and definitely ask for David Grey to work on your case.

My experience with this firm was overall really great. I actually received my divorce over 2 years ago but i decided to write this review because I recently had to reach out to get a copy of my divorce decree from them and they were very responsive. I was on a tight deadline to get the information to my mortgage firm and they were very receptive overall. They are not the most expeditious getting through the divorce proceedings because they get their money upfront. However at the end of a few weeks you will be divorced. There is going to be a good amount of leg work on the clients end as well. In order to get through the process quicker I had to hand deliver papers to my ex, get them notarized, etc. Please know that if you allow them to do the leg work it will take a lot longer and they will charge you more money. Hopefully I never have to use this service again but I can say I would recommend them, just know you will be doing 1/4th of the work, at least!

I was skeptical at first, but man was I wrong! They listened to what I wanted for my divorce and helped me achieved it! Not only is it a very affordable divorce process, but it is quick! They really are worth every penny, I am very happy I decided to choose them to help me with my divorce. When I met Michael to discus my case, he went over the matter with me very clearly and I also worked with David Grey, he always kept in communication with me and always answered any emails I sent him. I started my case in August and it ended in February when I got my divorce decree; only reason it took a while was because my ex took forever to send the papers in. Honestly, I would recommend them to anyone! They are worth every penny.

First I Would like to say thanks you to all the staff, to be honest i do not know why people write negative comments about the experience when 95 % of the time the results are base in the person case.In others words do not expect results if your information, dates, and others issues are not clarify, as well keep it in mind when you go to the office and speak to them they tell you what to do and what you can expect. So everyone knows what the go into, so with that in mind I would say their staff is professional, and customer service oriented overall a great experience.

I must say with all these negative reviews I was really terrified with proceeding with this firm but I must say I am SO glad that I did. They have answered all my questions without having me wait days for response and the cost you really cant beat AND to have it all done within 3/4 weeks is AMAZING. I had an amazing experience with this law firm. Worked directly with Rodrigo Andre and he always responds to my emails within 48 hours. I had to file my divorce through publication where the complaint was published in the newspaper every week for 2 months. Now that the publication process is over, all that is left to complete is an affidavit. I will be officially divorced in the next 3 weeks! Hallelujah!!!!!!! The total cost was $460. I would definitely recommend.
