Mike Pallai and his paralegal Cindy handled my case with a sense of urgency and compassion. They referred me to a wonderful surgeon and physical therapist office (Wardell Orthopedics in Suffolk) and kept me informed every step of the way through out my settlement process. Quick response to emails, great atmosphere, and most importantly an honest, hard working attorney who really cared about the outcome of my case. the worst firm ever i paid them for lis pendens on my properties and even with the lis pendens they were sold. I tried to set an appointment to meet with Mr. Dickerson and the office constantly avoided my phone calls finally i got a appointment with Mr. Dickerson and he was not there he passed me on to someone else. He refused to see me and asked that i pay him 5 more thousand dollars. I am still seeking satisfaction and will pursue with the Virginia Bar.

Terrible service! Mrs.hall took my case and failed to pay the Lien. Called multiple times and half the time I was either on hold for 20+ mins or she was conveniently not there!! Completely screwed me over can’t pay my bills or rent! How is she even an attorney still!!!!
