Awesome service from the customer service center when I called several times to inquire about the items we were having picked up and delivery times to the wonderful service from the two representatives that came to pick up the items! Arranged within 24 hours and prompt and efficient service - the reps were very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Very convenient and prices were reasonable based on the amount of space items take up in truck. Highly recommend and I will definitely use again in the future for any very large cumbersome items.

Professional , courteous, fast and efficient the two guys removed an office of furniture in a matter of no time. The big old wooden desk and two heavy wooden credenzas needed to be dismantled before they could be moved and disposed of so the guys literally had to take a sledgehammer to the obnoxious old wooden desk in order to get it out of the doorway. The team did an amazing job of removing the furniture without disrupting the entire office. Would highly recommend them anytime!

We were extremely happy with 1-800-Got Junk. We needed to close up and empty an office my dad used for 33 years and after we organized everything to go, the 1-800-Got Junk guys came right on time and in literally less than a half an hour they had all our junk loaded and were on their way. The guys that came were very nice and helpful and the price was very fair and reasonable. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

I had them give me an estimate prior to the actual removal of my stuff and they did not pressure me to do it now. When the Got Junk people came they wore uniforms acted professionally and did not complain about what they had to move. They respected the estimate despite the fact they removed than they had planned for. Overall it was an excellent experience. Cost a little under $500 for a full truck with a coupon. Well worth the money!

Such a positive experience with this company. Jeremy and Nick were great, they talked me through the rates and explained what they were going to do. They cleared everything away and made a point to check in with me if there was something they were unsure about. They came when it was convenient for me. They gave me a good estimate for the work when they showed up and took away my old refrigerator for a reasonable price. They called twice before coming giving me an estimate of when they would show up. Plus they were both very nice! I would definitely recommend this company!
