Well I never thought that it will be of so much help. It was recommended by one of my colleagues while I was traveling to US. I made a purchase few hours before boarding my flight. And it did helped as my appendicitis busted while vacationing. When I approached the Urgent Care, I was asked which Insurance I do have since I am traveling from India. Customer support and the whole process from understanding the product till post buying support is very smooth..The only reason i did not give a full 5 star is because at some of the urgent care locations, it is not cashless so we have to pay out of pocket and then reimburse so little bit of hassle..
