Customer service isnt that great i know i go there all the time. The staff is made up of mainly teenagers many of them friends of mine and their not really experienced in job courtesy and what not but i guess its managements job to teach them so thats a failure on managements part. the lifeguards i pretty chill and layed back they converse with people. they may blow there whistle at you and tell you to stop running or something like that lol but their cool tho they have to do that. Dont waste your money paying $26 or whatever on regular hour admission because its not worth it. Go to nightslides and you only pay $17 and get to ride all the same rides for 5hours and the lines are less long. Going during regular hours is a waste because the lines are twice as long and you only get to ride every ride maybe twice. When i go during nightslides i get to ride each ride at least 4 times before the nights over. Inside they have alot of games to choose from however some of them dont work so be careful. the lazertag is awesome and if your in a group its less expensive but i dont recommend kids under 8 trying it because it can get a little rowdy in there and small kids can get knocked over. the golf course is cool for all ages tho there are people that just hang around on the golf course and it gets crowded and unable to really play. the BEST part of golfland-sunsplash i would say is the fastcars. the cost is a little expensive but its worth it their awesome. kids have to be a certain height or age to ride alone or they must ride with a person who is. i wouldnt recommend the food their it is expensive. i wouldnt say its really unhealty they do have a subway inside and a place that sales pizza. the snack bar at sunsplash is expensive. if you wont a better deal on food there is a in n out located across the parking lot. its always crowded especially during the day. there is a burger king at a gas station across the street on the right hand side. GO to NIGHTSLIDES it is worth the money. Nightslides are more for the teenage crowd i would say because thats the crowd i mostly see there and i am a teenager. YOU SHOULD ENJOY IT THO

Horrible!!! I spent a lot of money just getting in with my wife and 2 boys. Lines are always long at these places but the wait getting on any slides was ridiculous! At the top of the tower 30 or more people were waiting and the staff were either texting or chatting with each other. The line to get on the Vortex was very short, but I waited over an hour and only moved 10 feet. In addition, half of the floats were under-inflated. I noticed when my wife came out with bruises on her butt. I asked the manager(who could not be a day over 19) was rude and said" they are supposed to be like that". By the way, all the other floats were fully inflated. Oh...and more, You will die of old age waiting to order anything at the food bar. Then when you get there you have to wait for a bunch of dingy teenage girls to stop chatting and giggling to serve you. Bottom line...high price, extremely long wait, rude and unprofessional staff all around!

It has a great family friendly atmosphere, the food is good, the slides are beyond fun, its great for groups. Aside from the 25 water slides, wave pool, and lazy river; Sunsplash offers lazer-tag, mini-golf, go-karts, and a immense arcade. For those celebrating a birthday, call ahead and reserve a spot because Sunsplash does birthdays. Although it may seem like the lifeguards there are being rude by not making eye contact; in reality, they are often scanning the water for people who are potentially drowning so do NOT take offense to it as they are on high alert for those in distress. The employees who have "no personality" are generally those who are on a time crunch and are dealing with upset and angry customers so please give them some grace as they are out there all day to make your day as enjoyable as possible.

im reading these reviews and laughing at all the idiots!!!!!! im 14 and go to sunsplash all the time with my friends...i have never had a problem there. ya there might be long lines and stuff but really have you been raging waters?!?! theres always gonna be a line and why dont people just shut up and stop complaining cuz whats that gonna do!! and these reviews are probably written by parents who take their little kids there or something and shouldnt it only matter if ur kids have fun?!?!?! i go there with friends and we have fun all the time..... the only reason i gave it four stars is becuase i dont really like the food....so instead of complaining (cough cough) we walk to in n out and eat there....overall i love going to sunsplash and im not gonna let stupid minor details ruin my day!!!

When your hear you may take one look at the prices and say its time to go, but if you wait and decide to venutre in its fun and a clean place to be. The slides are fun but there are long lines. The food is good. The lockers are handy. The lifeguards may seem pushy but there are trying to tell whats right and wrong. Its a fun place to go when its hot, or if you just want to spend time with friends and family. I recomend to not go at night though, because there is drunks and crazy teens there, but during the day it is fun. The go carts are amazing, there is a very large variety of games to play like lazer tag, claw machine games, Deal or no Deal, Dance Dance Revoultion, and many others. Like I said a little pricey but fun for all!

I really like Sunsplash, yes, the price is a bit high but you forget about that with the amount of fun you have when you are there, and that is what you can expect for an amusement style park. There is a variety of slides to go on and they are all pretty close together so it makes the walking much easier. I think that the employees could be a little nicer, but oh well. There is also miniature golf which is fun too. I recommend this place to anyone with kids and teenagers. Oh and I cant forget about the night slides. Such a neat thing. They have the park open at night certain nights and you get to do everything in the dark! A ton of fun and a completely different experience!

Worse waterpark ever!!!!!! Even though you have pre purchase tickets you still have to stand in a 2 hour line which is ridiculous!!!!! They really need to service pre purchase ticket holders in the same area you purchase a locker. This will be the last time we come even though we receive free tickets to employees and there family members thru my job. I will voice my concerns to my place of employment as well as other co workers that was very upset about the same situation. I hope you lose this huge account due to poor customer service.

Waterpark: Not bummer summer! Cold water on hot days. Fun for kids, fun for adults! Great for most ages, even toddlers. No outside food, but you can bring in water bottles. We use stainless steel ones. We have seasons passes, which the price is a little steep up front, but worth it if you go more than a few times. Passes allow you to bypass long ticket lines. Passes can also get you buy one get one free 1 hour arcade cards, nice for rainy days. I did not receive any benefit for posting this review and it is my honest opinion.

Dont bring your own drinks or food they will not let you bring your own in. . I am a diabetic and they still tell me NO its our policy. I even showed them proof with a card.Better to go to Raging Water. They let you bring your own food and drinks. So you pay $3 for a 12 oz water ( thats a 30 pack bottles of Great Value Water ......$3 x 30 Bottles= $90 profit total. Add the bad food with that...Hmmmmmm), food is old tasting, wait for ever, i can keep going on and on.

Super fun place. My big problem is directed at the video game makers and not Golf Land Sunsplash. When did they start making you pay for another play when you beat a level??? Its complete BS!!! Arcade games used to reward you with a free play if you beat the level and it gets harder and harder each conservative level. Now it does not matter if you win or lose, you have to pay another dollar to continue. Wake up Sheeple!!! This is the struggle of the 21st century.

It was my first time and yes it was very enjoyable. I was caught off guard having to pay full price for my 2 yr old since they went off height not age as it send. Subway inside was great. Life guard a little bossy and none smiled but I am sure that is their training and safety is first. Nice first thing but over teenager population in the afternoon making it hard when are you little ones since they simply did not care about running in to us.

We drove 3 hours to go to sunsplash because on their website it said it was open from 10am to 10pm so we decided to go for the nite slides but when we got there they told us that they were closing early and that they were closing in an hour but they were still gonna charge us 21$ for each person and we were a group of 8. They are not constant with there website it it very annoying so we had to drive another 3 hours to go home

Love this place during the summer for the water park! Great environment and nice people everywhere. Pizza is delicious there and the frosty desserts are great for the kids! They have a nice wave pool also and a river that goes around the park. I suggest if you plan on visiting more than once, take advantage of the yer round pass! Well worth the money. My kids average around 15 visits each a year and they love it there.

I went there with my special needs kid. The experience started off great when an employee named Katrina was helpful when I got lost twice, and when I was purchasing tickets. She was polite and efficient. Once I was in the park Danny helped point me to the shortest line and also pointed out the snack bar. It was a great day and I only lost my child once but the employees found him and returned him to me.

They say on their phone system to see the webpage for the latest hours and days. The webpage said 6:30 for Sept. 11. They were shutting down stuff and ushering people out at 5:45. Requests to speak with management were refused by three employees. Calls to them have not been returned for three straight days. My son who is on the autism spectrum had a hard time adjusting to the change.

They wont allow outside food and they search your bags. The tickets were WAY overpriced. There are signs posted all over the place listing the reasons why you WONT get a refund. The food is junk and the water is freezing. The lines are 30-45 minutes long each ride. All of the employees appeared angry and tired. This was an expensive waste of time. I will never return.

My wife and I have been going to Golfland for a very long time. First in the San Jose area and now up here in Roseville. This is a big location, grand castle, two 18 home minigolf courses, race cars, water slides, Arcade, laser tag. Too much. While everything is a bit expensive, they periodically have coupons. The ultimate deals come to season pass holders. BOGO!

Fun fun fun. You can bring food just leave it in the car. You get a wristband to come in and out. Food inside is good. Shakes are the best. $5.50 for huge shake. Lots of people on weekends. Water is allowed inside. Lockers are $20 then upon returning key and receipt $13 is returned. Bathrooms can be gross which is a downer.

This place is pretty cool when you dont have to deal with workers who look as if theyre regret being there. Machine that dont work. Cops lurking in parking lots to pull certain people over once they leave. Prizes are meh for the cash you spend to play games here. Probably the best thing going is the carts and slides

Really fun but has multiple flaws. It can be difficult to get the tubes for rides and the food shack was chaotic but the food is ok (not the best but not bad) Though there are flaws, the rides are fun and exciting but you need to be aware of what kind of tubes you need for a ride and how many people
