Worst customer service ever, took 2 hours for waiters to ask for food service. Waitress name Christine and Andrew. I asked to order food 3 times with Andrew and he told me that i have to have table to order food. I told him that i am sitting at table. He told me that he will be right over to take the order but he never came over to take the order instead he took order for the people that were sitting next to my table. After that i asked went over to the bar and Christine was putting in order for somebody and i waited for her to finish and than i asked her how can i order something to eat? She told me same thing that i have to have table to order food. I told her that i have been waiting at the table for 1 hour for somebody to take my order and she told me that she will send somebody to take my order. 2 hours for food ... worst customer service ever. they finally sent somebody to take my order after my wife went to Andrew and told him that we were waiting for somebody to come over and take order. Andrew told my wife that they were busy today and sorry for the wait. I have never waited in a restaurant for 2 hours to order food. Never will go back to this hell hole place to order food.

Food and drinks are excellent but the games are for the most part in major disrepair. Went with a group of 12 coworkers after work and both Star Wars Attractions were out of order, the air hockey table had 2 broken card readers and no puck, Time Crisis 4 had one controller not calibrated correctly and the other with a broken trigger, Time Crisis 5 had one working controller and another with a broken trigger, and the other guncon game next to the tank with friends game ate game card credit but generated no credits in game. Collectively, machines probably ate about 8-10 bucks worth of credits. Pretty disappointing. Will probably go to Round 1 next time in the Eastridge mall next time instead.

food is no good. you would think customer service might make up for it. made the experience even worse. i never expect red carpet treatment but did notexpect dirty old ragged carpet treatment like many in my party received. does this place pay people to give it such a high rating? would not be surprised if they do because there is no way this is a 4 star place in my eyes. we went here expecting to have a decent meal and some fun. some of the games were fun but the employees and overall customer service made is a sour experience i cannot recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be treated like dirt.

Allergy Nazis - Friends were visiting who have food sensitivities. Nothing that would kill them, just mood affecting for her son, etc. When we asked about the ingredients in their burgers, the manager came out and explained that they would only ALLOW them to order off their official gluten free menu. We explained that out is only a sensitivity, not an allergy, but they still refused to serve them anything other than what was on their special menu and would not address our question about the ingredients: their ground beef party. Horrible customer service, we all left.

W ait. youre goin to end up WAITING. for EVERYTHING. T wo hours. TWO hours it took for our party of 4 to get our food (appetizers at that) from the zombied out waitress. everyone else around got theirs before we even got our drinks. speaking of drinks, it cost me $10 for a margarita in a friggin daquiri cup. F ilthy! dirty hamsters use the womens restroom. byotp coz everything is on the ground. gross. sum up: never eat here, bring hand sanitizer & tp if you need to use the bathroom, & play the games instead

Their website states that everyone under 21 must exit by 11pm. To me this says no children after 11pm. My boyfriend and I went here expecting to have some drinks and play some video games without the annoyance of children. We specifically went here after 11 hoping that all the kids would have been gone by this time. Needless to say they were not. the place was crawling with kids of all ages. Who keeps their 3 year old out at a sports bar until 2am? It was not fun for us at all. I will not be going back.

It gets crowded on weekends and security is off duty cops so pro so they can handle the crowd and kids break the games so dont get mad there are alot of other fun games and bathroom its messy at times.but large enough. To handle business lol and its in a freaking mall how awesome did this dave and busters get my only request TURN ON THE FREAKING A/c on weekends cuz its hot in here and the manger is awsome.and hot She took her time to take care of my situation. Thank you guys

I saw one of the commercials and wanted to go. We drove for an hour to get there. The advertised price was not the price once we got to the restaurant. There were about 15 open tables but we were told there would be a 45-60 minute wait for a table for 2. All signs state that anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult but there were kids running around wild with no parent in sight. Went to Outback instead...way better experience the minute we walked in the door.

We sat at 8:57 pm, tonight, Tuesday, the arcade was so so the dining hall was nearly empty. At 9:08 we finally got a waiter who took our drink order and at 9:17pm still no drink not even our waters. One in our party told the hostess our situation and she went to get help. So finally at 9:24 we gave up and walked out. Almost everything was closing at 10pm so they screwed us out of a meal and wasted our time.

Great food (steak, ribs, shrimp, salmon steak, pasta), great staff and personal service, mind blowing enormous arcade with games so decadent their like private movie theatres , ridiculously over the top prizes many of which already on your wish list- (go pro camera, spy gyrocopter, remote control irobot. Like the bomb squad uses, blue tooth speakers, blue tooth head phones, clothes, etc..)...

My colleagues and I came here for a team off site and had a lot of fun. The food and cocktails were both amazingly good, we were pleasantly surprised by how yummy the mango citrus prawn skewers were. Our waitress was also pleasant and efficient. I enjoyed the games in the arcade themselves. Personal favorite has to be the star wars battle simulator. Would visit again

Well we got our food and our food was not cooked how we expected it we wanted well done but instead got medium rare. Also the games are really expensive 10 points per game and we only got 126 so it was insane on how fast we went through it. Wensday though the games are half the points.

Food was good, service was ten fold better than @zone8. Bathrooms were dirty, way to many kids and no one besides management could work the TVs. Every TV apparently was going to be turned to a FREE UFC fight during college football Saturday championship week edition, child please.

Great place to go if your looking for something different to do. They have good food, games, and they make really good drinks. I would definitely recommend communing here for a date night. I would get the eat and play combo that includes unlimited games with the blue card reader.

Very fun place to go with family, on a date or just by yourself if you need something fun to do. You can play arcade games and win tickets on a few selected games to get prizes. They also serve food, they have live djs and they also serve drinks! What else do u want.

The service sucks!!!! The waiters were all sitting around talking!! And on top of that, we were told to move to a different table because of some policy. Not impressed at all. I love playing games and drinking at the bar in the arcade, but the restaurant area sucks.

With kids, better go early and before night, and think twice if theres a game or fight night. Getting a table will be hard. But over all, the place is great. Arcade and games are all updated and new, great prizes. Its a fun place to be in. We loved it.

Been here for 30 mins, Friday night at 8.30. So many tables are empty. 5 waiters are strolling but no one has asked us for beverages or the order. The couple came just now and already ordering. Something is not right.

Decent food and entertainment. An adult video game bar. They used to have shuffle board here but took them out in favor of more dining tables. Not my favorite decision. They still have about 6 pool tables.

This place has a sea of often broken ticket games. There is a few other things, but most other games we tried were all broken is some way. Terrible beer was available. Cannot recommend.

Sliders and mojitos were too damn good! Great place, can get crowded and kinda sucky but after a couple a drinks you get the vibe. Recommended go on the weekdays and not on busy nights.

Sitting for half an hour no service. Tables are full of empty plated and dirty tables. Was told their is no one to bust tables or serve us. Staff is standing around watching the fights.

Poorly maintained with many games non-functional but still takes your credits and managers unwilling to refund credits for broken games. Never going back. Food was ok.
