I spoke with both State Farm and Geico trying to decide which insurance agency was right for me. State Farm was SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive and they said it was because of their exceptional customer service; however, in my experience Geico has more reasonable quotes, more discounts and superior customer service. The agent who helped me, Ryan Z. out of VA Beach office, has been incredible. He helped me decide on the best auto insurance for my needs, found additional discounts and was always friendly. We communicated via email and phone calls- service was professional, efficient, helpful not pushy, knowledgeable and personalized. Very excited about my decision to use Geico for insurance! Ryan Zuniga was an amazing agent! I needed my sr22 form within 45 minutes of the DMV closing and he managed to get me set up with my insurance and out of the DMV before 5.
