Excellent experience from the minute I walked in the door. I went to this office to order Canadian currency for an upcoming trip. The associate I dealt with was friendy and explained the procedure for completing my transaction in a detailed succinct manner. I received a courtesy call from another associate advising me my money was available to be picked up and a reminder of the office hours. When I arrived to pick up the money I was once again greeted immediately upon walking through the door and treated with respect. Fabulous customer service!

I FELT THE INFORMATION THAT I RECEIVED WAS GREAT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PLACE SEEMED MORE LIVELY THAN USUAL WITH THE REGISTRY THERE EVERYONE WAS ON THEIR TOES. RECENTLY I TOOK MY GRANDDAUGHTER ALL THE WAY TO HAVERHILL TO THEIR DECREPIT HOLE IN THE WALL. IT IS SHAMEFUL THAT THE REGISTRY HAS TO HAVE AN OFFICE THERE IN THAT GLOOMY PLACE WITHOUT ANY SIGNS, THEN WE FOUND ONE AFTER GOING AROUND THE BUILDING. HAVERHILL SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET FEDERAL FUNDING AS IT IS AN OLD BUILDING PROBABLY COULD BE IN THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES.

They have a DMV terminal here, so u can get mist common DMV tasks done....without the 1 to 4 hour wait of the DMV! I got my registry renewed, printed , and sticker. in and out in 15 mins. (including filling out paperwork) I have also used this location to give me free trip books for my vacations. helping me with directions, ideas for this to do/try and info on the area. (with the maps of all highways and areas)

Had a last-minute-in-a-hurry need for help mapping out travel within New England. Could not have had a better experience. My AAA customer service person was delightful and knew her stuff. She was very kind about my total lack of technological know-how and my pitiful sense of direction. She was of great assistance. AAA is a great service and my experience at the Peabody branch was great as well.

I needed a trip tic for Florida and the group at AAA Peabody were right on the ball. Everything we needed for our trip this winter was nicely mapped out for us. And when I picked up the "Tic," maps and tour books the person behind the counter had a few personal tips for me based on a recent trip to our ultimate destination. Love that personal touch!

May 18 and 19th 2017, my car engine stalled on route 62, road side assistance came in about 1 hr and half after had to tow it from another time next day from obe garage to other with stalled engine one more hour and was told they had another pickup And they expect u to stay with car all time when I had leave my job and baby sit my car. Thanx guys

Thursday I was dismayed while joining a 100-person line at the RMV when I wondered if I could do my task at a AAA location. I made a quick phone call to confirm I could and planned my trip to Peabody the next day. The line was so short and each person so friendly and helpful. Best and most simple RMV experience! I went to the AAA office in the TJ Max Plaza, Peabody, MA to purchase 10 American Express Gift Cards and the young woman who waited on us was so delightful, and helpful, it surely made our time in there, wonderful and a positive experience. We will certainly return for what we need in the future.
