We booked a trip through AAA Auburn and will never do it again! The service was terrible from start to finish. We were told they would be in contact when deadlines approached to book meals and fast passes for Disney World. We never heard from them until they needed money. Two weeks before the trip I emailed to ask if our documents were in, no response. Went to the office and was told no documents were there and the travel agent was too busy (we waited 30 minutes and had to leave). The travel agent called me later that day to say the documents were there all along but they were closed for the day. She was extremely rude and basically called me a liar when I told her I had already received the Magic Express tags. She said I could not have gotten them so early so I had to read her the post mark. I had to take time off from work, since they are only open during working hours, to go to get our documents that had been there all along when I went to get them on a Saturday. Never again!

I have used AAA in Auburn for many needs. Passport photos, money exchange and maps and brochures and this was only in the past year. The staff have always been attentive and helpful and I have never had a negative experience. The last time I was in and needed some travel books for several states the staff person stated that if I needed any help in planning my trip (I only knew one destination of a multiple stop trip) please call her with any questions and she shared her card with me. I have used this office for trip-tickets, notary public, and purchasing amusement park tickets as well.

All of my life, there has been one travel staple that has always been there, AAA. Though in recent years with internet services, and much competition from various markets, one of the things that makes AAA still stand out is its customer service. I recently needed some stuff for an up coming international trip and the staff was just very accommodating. I gladly recommend people stop in if ever needing anything. From time to time, it is important to have the personal experience. I thank AAA for continuing that tradition.

I went to AAA to renew my license (had to take the picture) and to get some maps for a trip. The people there were friendly and professional. Way better than going to the RMV! I took a perfect pic the first time but they would have let me take more, like the lady in line before me. I will go there again. You have to be a member though.

I have exchanged dollars for foreign currency on several occasions and received excellent and prompt service. They buy back unused foreign currency with no questions asked when you return from your travels. Service is always prompt and courteous and every employee that I have interacted with has been very friendly.

I went in for passport photos to be taken. I was reminded that gold card members receive free photos! The man who helped me was just so kind and very easy to chat with. Even when the batteries were dying in the camera and needed to be changed, it was was done rather quickly, and I was on my way.

The trip tix I requested were completed well. Unfortunately, they gave us the wrong documents. We had to travel back to retrieve the correct ones and that added more than 90 minutes travel with traffic plus wasted fuel. Unfortunate
