Thank you, Embrace. The medical insurance I have on my cats has allowed me to provide the best care for my cats without worrying about it breaking me financially. I have four cats insured with Embrace. One cat had a bladder stone that had to be surgically removed. I have one with pancreatic insufficiency and kidney disease. My third cat also has kidney disease. (Lab work has to be done 2-4 times a year to monitor their kidney function.) My last cat is 8 and has not needed to use his policy, but I keep it for the piece of mind. Your customer service representatives are always friendly. It is easy to submit a claim, and it usually takes 7-10 days for the money to be deposited in my bank account. I am extremely satisfied with your service, and I have no doubt I will Embrace all future pets.

Got Embrace a couple months back , I was paying on time,on the second month had to take my pet to the vet ,used embrace claim form for reimbursement, sent the paperwork on/about 26-28/09/17 and now is 23/10/17 and they haven’t made a decision yet on mi claim. UNBELIEVABLE contacted them a couple times after 15 business days, cause that’s their deadline to come up with a solution, but they told me they were waiting for mi pets medical history.is just a one year old pet so there was not much history I have only visited two veterinarians(3-4 visits on both)BOTTOM LINE “EMBRACE NOT FOR ME” WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EMBRACE TO A FRIEND. Policy # EP0015-6603 rather to save the money instead of get ripped from scammers.

Embrace has been wonderful! Unfortunately, I lost my Great Dane who was hospitalized. The bill for his 2 1/2 day hospital stay was over $7,000. Embrace quickly reimbursed me $5,100 (I set up a high deductible plan to keep the monthly premium low). After the claim was approved I received a check in the mail within a couple of days. They were very compassionate and wonderful. They did request all of his previous medical records and pre-existing conditions were not covered which is understandable and expected. The kind staff and financial assistance made this very difficult time much easier. I highly recommend Embrace and will be sure to use them with my future companions.

We have used this company to insure our beloved Tucker for several years. During that time, he did have several health concerns for which we submitted claims. Embrace was prompt in processing these claims and very professional. When our sweet Tucker passed last week, Embrace has been exemplary in their care and thoughtfulness during this difficult time. In the course of preparing my claim, twice I had occasion to phone Embrace reps with questions. The staff members who I spoke with were both very courteous and knowledgeable. My pre-approval was processed within 72 hours of submission. My final claim was processed within 5 days and my reimbursement check in hand within a 8 days. The reimbursement amount was exactly as I had anticipated per my reading of the policy. I give my highest recommendation to Embrace Pet Insurance!!

I am beyond pleased with Embrace. They have pulled through for me during a really rough time. The email they sent in a response to my preapproval for a procedure my dog desperately needs said it would take 10-15 days to process but I explained it was an emergency and they got me preapproved in 2 days. Embrace Insurance was the best decision I made when Our latest rescue kitty came into our lives in 2015. My Vet submits the claim forms, and the money from Embrace is in my account quickly. I loved that they pay for Acupuncture and holistic treatments just as conventional. I am able to get the blood work and acupuncture done to help Malee with her seasonal and environmental allergies. Embrace has been excellent to us. I spent a few years thankfully not needing the coverage but when it was eventually needed, Embrace was, and continues to be, there for us. It really helps avoid the hard decision when it comes to the care of our pup by taking a lot of the financial burden out of the equation when deciding what route to take with specialty care. Embrace has insured my Labrador Retriever for many years and has reimbursed me for a couple of minor surgeries (growth removals). Most recently, they reimbursed me for some X-Rays and biopsies. They were very fast to handle the claim and fulfilled the policy exactly as agreed with no issues. I highly recommend them! Just get your dog insured early and keep them insured because there are pre-existing condition clauses with pet insurance.

Our 6 month old bulldog swallowed a toy bear and needed emergency surgery. The surgery was very expensive but knowing we had Embrace Insurance kept our minds at ease financially so we could just focus on helping our dog heal. We got a reimbursement check very quickly and I really liked that I could get updates on line about the claim. Our dog is now over a year old and very healthy. On the surface the policy looks good but like many other reviewers have noted, when it comes to covering supposedly "pre-existing conditions" like a benign lipoma that was retested and was still benign, they did not cover. They added all kinds of exclusions and as a result, I hardly got any reimbursement. Only go for this policy if your pet is very young but then it may not be worth it since you will end up just paying premiums!

On the recommendation of a veterinary assistant whose dog is insured through Embrace Pet Insurance, we made a decision to enroll our Labrador puppy. We intend to renew the policy in September of 2014, as this insurance company has been excellent in processing and paying claims. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Embrace Pet Insurance. I have had it for over 2 years now and it has been great!! I have the Wellness and the major medical and I have used the WELLNESS each year for each one of my fur babies. IT has been great. DO NOT USE FOR RESCUES. There is no way to know the full state of the pet you are about to receive and the waiting periods and what they considered "pre-existing" is their way to keep from helping you out as a paying client if your pet gets sick in transport or just from being around other pets as you have him or her. You will be left on the hook for all the bills from the vet.

Would not recommend. They used to process claims quickly and effectively, after the new Underwriters, the personal touch & quick fair processing & reimbursement of claims is no more. One of my pets claims was for a malignancy removal they denied the portion that covered the anesthesia etc, . per there decision my pet should have been wide awake during the painful procedure.

Pet insurance is not cheap, but it is better than paying big medical bills for your pet. Embrace is one of the few companies that pay a percentage of Vet bills instead of a flat amount per treatment. The difference can be substantial for a major illness or injury. Pay attention to the details regarding coverage when comparing insurance plans.
