As an agent/account manager - I think International Excess Co. is great to work with. They are friendly, professional, and they are fast. They are quick to answer any questions that may arise and are extremely efficient in issuing a policy - there is not a delay (of days or weeks) to receive a policy after a bind request is submitted!!
